About Anokha Skin Care
Anokha Skin Care was created to celebrate the beauty within each of us. Our key ingredients are derived from plants and active botanicals native to South Asia, including jasmine, rosewater, sandalwood, and neem. Selected modern ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid and panthenol, have been added to enhance the efficacy of the system. About Anokha’s Branding:
Anokha is a small line which I started in 2008 to address the needs of my patients who wanted a natural and easy system. I am of South Asian descent, so I selected these ingredients since they also have a long history of efficacy and safety. I have 9 sku’s at this time and am launching four more this month. Because my line is small and entirely self-funded, I launch products at longer intervals and in smaller batches than most other lines.

I’m pleased to announce that our small sideline, Anokha Ayurvedics, has officially launched! These products are made by hand in small batches by a local artisan…actually they’re just made by me but it sounds cool to say they’re “artisanal”. Facial oils specific for each dosha and a lip balm are the first items in this line. They are available through my medical office and at the Vedic Spa in Maryland, who urged me to make these lovelies. Online availability in August. More to come!
