Order and Shipping Information for Labels
How to Order
Ordering is very simple, just submit a request for a quote using our online tool, and if you’re happy with the price click on the order labels link. If you already have an account, you can view your account history to place a reorder, or request a quote on a new job. Once your order is submitted, it is processed like this:
• In order to complete the order process, you will be prompted to upload artwork.
• Once we receive your artwork, our graphic designers will create a proof for your review.
• Once you login to your account and approve the proof, we sill ship your order within seven business days and you will receive tracking information.
• We will breakup the payment into two parts – 50% when the order is submitted, and 50% when the order is shipped.
Delivery Time
Once you place an order and we receive your artwork, we will create a digital proof for you to review. Your order will ship within seven business days of the date you approve this proof.
How are My Labels Packaged?
For all orders of 250 or more units, orders will be shipped on rolls with a 3″ diameter in unwind position #3. If you need rolls in a certain quantity or unwind direction, let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate your need. For orders of less than 250 units, labels will be shipped in one large roll that may be several labels wide.
Art Guidelines
We recommend using applications that support vector files, such as Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. The best files for print are vector PDF files with any fonts outlined and any graphics or images must be a minimum of 300 dots per inch (dpi). All colors must be converted to CMYK or full color.
