About Wedderspoon USA and their products:
Wedderspoon USA was started by a husband and wife, Sebastein and Catherine Martin, in 2005. As they learned about the many benefits of Manuka honey they were shocked to learn how difficult it was to find it in the Canadian and US marketplace. Thus the start of Wedderspoon. Wedderspoon sources the finest and most pristine Raw Manuka and Gourmet honey in the world. They offer nothing but the best which is why all of their New Zealand sourced gourmet honeys are NON-GMO verified. Using sustainable resources, our honey is collected and harvested with our friends the bees in mind. Additionally we are the first NON-GMO verified Manuka Honey in the world.
Since its conception in 2005, Wedderspoon has grown from a couple of varieties of Manuka honey to include over 35 products, all made of the highest quality honey and ingredients. In its continued expansion, Wedderspoon maintains its focus on providing excellent customer service, product education and support. As a young, innovative company, Wedderspoon aligns its decision-making with the principles of ethical and sustainable honey production, the support of bee conservation and the goal of reducing its negative impact on the environment.
