Embossing is a post-print embellishment technique which creates a raised pattern on your box. Embossing involves the creation of an impression by placing an embossing die in contact with the paperboard under high heat and pressure. Embossing will give your packaging a unique look and texture that will grab your customers attention.

What is the process to order custom printed boxes with embossing?

• Start by receiving a blank design template from your sales rep or by downloading a template via our box library
• Open the design template in any Adobe Suite program and apply your custom graphics atop the template
• Send us the completed art in either EPS or PDF form via email or wetransfer
• IMPORTANT – We require the embossed area be separated and sent as its own EPS or PDF file set to 100% black
• Send us your order details by filling out the Order Details Form sent to you by your sales rep
• Your sales rep will then place your order into our system
• You will receive an automated email requesting that you review your order and submit your initial 50% deposit
• You will than be sent a PDF proof for you to review and approve if your artwork is correct
• Once the 50% deposit has been submitted and the proof has been approved your order will ship in 12-14  business days
